Eat Clean or Indulge Dirty. Those working in CBD might feel a sense of déjà vu when seeing these bowls and it's not strange, after all they are run by the same team from A Poke Theory. During daytime, you'll still get your healthy poke and smoothie bowls but when sun sets the "evil self" come out to play as we indulge in cheesy grubs and selections of craft beers.

Since it's morning, here are some Poke Bowls for you instead (available from 11am to 8:30pm). Love the Green Goddess ($13), which is a Vegan option too. Nutty brown rice filled with avocado poke, kimchi, Peruvian Pomegranate and pickled vegetables, this is a healthy start for the day. Or not, just create your own Poke Bowls.

One of the two bowl we ordered. Salmon and avocado served on a bed of buckwheat noodles and butter lettuce. Add in grilled pumpkin, edamame, Japanese cucumber, carrot, daikon and silken tofu which is tossed in a yummy soy ginger and sesame dressing.

Each of their ancient granola pack (from $6.90 onwards) had appx 10 kinds of grains and seeds ensuring that you are consuming and obtaining the maximum nutrients. There are even flavours like lemon, cranberries and dark chocolate available!

Popping by the outlet? You can also grab a set ($5.90) consisting of a jar of Greek yogurt, a cup fruits and granola.

The Beebop ($16) is one of the six Hero Bowls you can choose from, if unsure what to go for. Juicy yet tender braised pork shoulder comes together with selections of furikake corn, crudités slaw and mixed beans pick de gallo on brown grain rice. Satisfactory meal!!
