We couldn't finish the milk tea drink and asked them to packet it for us.
Strike One - Telling us to do it ourselves.
Strike Two - Telling us not to do it at their counter in case we dirtied it.
Strike Three - Their tea tastes like crap.

Boneless chicken meat with garlic and butter core, served with salad and sweet toast. My "Wow, it looks good!" turned into "Oh dear" when I ate my way into the middle of the chicken. The middle was completely soft and raw. I showed it to the staff and they took it away without a word of apology. They asked if I would like to order something else but looking at the menu again, I decided I didn't want to risk another raw dish and declined a replacement. Not sure if I will come back again. Pity though, because the borsch soup was excellent, as was their sweet toast.
