[A layer of caramel crunchy biscuit filling topped with Earl grey tea infused cream, milk chocolate mousse and 2 layers of almond sponge.] #eatwithzac
Had a BBQ Plate for one @$26 that includes pulled pork, brisket & sausage
The meat is juicy and well seasoned.
Don't forget the sauces on the table - they are not catsup / chili sauce!
This is the Paradise bowl that includes all 3 meats.
The char siu & sio bak are pretty good, the roast duck is also well done but taste wise I would go back for the char siu/SOO bak.
We stumbled upon this while looking for a place to have a quick meal in Wisma.
I must say that I am pleasantly surprised at the quality of the meal given that it's $35 for 2! Seating is limited but if there's space, I suggest you snuck in for a try.
Good Morning Burger - pretty tasty and can see they made it with care.
I also measure the respect a cafe has for its customers by the freshness of the salad. Am happy to report zero brown edges for the veg in the salad they serve.
Will be back with family sometime soon.
Nice quiet corner to have a beer and a meal.
The beer selection is good - ale, dunkel, aromatic, lager etc. 1-for-1 half-pint during happy hour is welcome
Food is acceptable though not fantastic.
Nice place to bring friends and chill out.
Place is in a corner of the mall so not so easy to find.
I like the combination of healthy grain bowls, craft beers and coffees
Had the seafood grain bowl that's pretty tasty with Rye and Pint Pale Ale (not bad)
The long black is OK... hope the craft brews will be better though.
Will be back to try the other stuff.
SOD is a cosy cafe nestled right in Ci Yuan Community Centre.
Currently offering a nice Christmas 3-course for just $26.50 that comes with a nice hot choc / rose tea.
Recommended if you live around the area or passing by.
They convinced me that it's the cheapest A5 wagyu in Singapore.
Meat comes perfectly cooked with no troublesome "fibers" and taste great.
Recommend you try if you can let go of the $40.
Nestled between a Chinese mala and a Teochew porridge shop is a nice hidden cafe with fresh breads and other pastries.
The triple decker is enough for 2 - other things to try would be the sourdough chicken pie, Cajun chicken sandwich etc
Too bad they don't serve beef any more, used to be my favorite there.
They also have some interesting new pastries for Christmas like German stollen that I intend to order for my own family Christmas dinner.
Look out for Tower B and you should find a sign.
The beef curry is full of flavor - not bad.
The double decker tonkatsu sandwich is also a must order. Just order 1 full sandwich and it'd be enough to feed 2.
Will be back.
Presentation is good. Barista (Melvin) very professional.
Will be back if I should ever pass by again.
I think I will try the "nitro cold brew" next round.
