18-hour slow cooked Aburi Pork Belly… on some days it's good. But it's not the highlight of my visits to Wanton. The $1 noodles, free-flow soup and Salted Egg Yolk Chicken Wings keep me going back.

A new casual joint within the Greenwood enclave of restaurants, 73@Hillcrest takes residence within a small coffeeshop, sandwiched between the classic Donna Carmela restaurant and Baker & Cook.
They serve up no-fuss, comfort food including slabs of steak, racks of ribs and towering burgers. A great place for groups to hang out, plus you can enjoy a beer (or maybe a root beer float) with your food.

12-hour braised beef short ribs in spiced coconut gravy, served with achar and steamed jasmine rice.
I guess if you’re looking for a complete meal, this would be good to order, but the rendang didn’t stand out in any way for this dish. The Wagyu was nice and tender, the achar was refreshing, but the sauce itself just wasn't flavourful enough unfortunately. Save your bucks and order another bowl of Spiced Indo Chips instead we reckon!

Deliciously sweet & savoury glazed tender meat that just slides off the bones! These are some ribs we'd definitely go back for! Add a little kecap manis chilli sauce for an added kick… but be warned, it's quite addictive.

For those that like the sourish buffalo flavours like I do, this burger is perfect with fried chicken slathered with MEATliquor's house-made hot pepper sauce, lettuce, onion and blue cheese sauce.
Till 22nd May '16, between 11:30am–2:30pm daily, MEATliquor's burgers are just $7 (UP $18 - $24) to celebrate that they'll be open for lunch every day of the week. A great chance to try their burgers if you haven't already.

Steak, Chicken, Salmon & 2 flavours of your choice for Pork Ribs + free flow sides and Ice Tea (plain flavourless tea). Perfect for sharing with 3-4 friends whilst having drinks, the ribs are good with lots of flavours to choose from. The side of buttered corn kernels were awesome, great to nibble on between meats.
