Staved off the heat with this ice cold Korean bingsu dessert. It was kind of a hit-and-miss with the snowflake-like milk shavings - satiny on the tongue but dry on taste. To pump it up, be sure to drizzle the condensed milk and mash it really well with the toppings - American brownie, chocolate ice cream, banana, Orea cookies and almonds - for a wild medley of textures and flavours.

Here’s a tip: It comes in portion too big for one to devour solo, share it with friends or loved ones. Spare a thought for your stomach. Plus brainfreeze isn’t super fun by yourself.
