Personally, my favourite is their Tom Yum Goong Seafood that's hot and sour, trigger your taste buds and helps to boost your appetite. Best paired with a simple bowl of fragrance rice. 😋 Their Fried Garlic Chilli Squid were great too, not too oily with a crispy garlic and substantial squid.

Overall, I would recommend visiting them for a meal, with friends and families. 👍🏼

Situated in @clarkequaycentral, @kandasoba.sg offers their signature mazesoba made with over 50 ingredients! 😍

Personally, my favourite of all is the spicy maze soba which was really impressive with the rich flavours of the ingredients and thick chewy soba texture. What's more is that towards the end of the soba, add in rice and mixed it with the remaining ingredients. 😋 Good for sharing is their cream maze soba that is rich in coconut cream.

For spicy level, there is a choice between level 1🌶️ and level 2🌶️🌶️ with choice of meat sauce between original, beef and pork. Toppings such as ramen egg, chasu & Sides such as kimchi and soup are available as well.

📝 Mindula Wijesinghe grew up in a family of tea producers. Her grandmother started the family's low altitude tea plantation which produces strong, full body teas, whilst her father built the family's tea factory. After acquiring her diploma in Tea Tasting and Plantations, she honed her skills at Forbes and Walker Tea Brokers in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Our tea blends are from their early harvest tea leaves. She works with our chef to develop special blends to pair with our desserts.

📝 Chef Hüseyin Turan, who is now based in Singapore, is of turkish descent. Hüseyin also had the opportunity to understudy world renowned pastry Chef Paco Torreblanca in Alicante, Spain. Thereafter he was Head Pastry Chef at Zuma Istanbul. In the midst of building his career, Hüseyin managed to fulfil his dream of travelling and working in Bangkok, Hong Kong, Abu Dhabi, Barcelona and Colombo.
