Chinese Restaurant

Craving satisfied! 😊✔
We can finally try Malaysian-Style bak kut teh in Singapore! They serve pretty good Chinese restaurant food at super budget prices. Most of their items are priced below $6! 😱 Besides the signature items like Malaysian Bak Kut Teh and Spare Ribs Prawn Noodles, we were pretty impressed by the new menu items like Fried Laksa. 😋👍Do drop by Rong Shu Xia for a taste of the fare. You get nice aircon and pretty amazing prices for the standard of food.

The laksa taste is superbly infused with the noodles, and there are just so many large prawns here. 😍 The noodles were done al dente, with just the perfect amount of moisture for a stir fried dish. Your first mouthful of these laksa noodles is really super shiok. If you are a fan of laksa you must try this ‘dry’ stir-fried incarnation of the dish at @rongshuxiabakkutteh.

The meat literally falls off the bone! In addition, their braised pig trotters are also very very delicious. 😍 But this meal is a little bit too overwhelming for two pax to finish everything 😂

The included gravy is very addictive as well, with a thick and full soy sauce fragrance. Gosh, I'm feeling hungry again 😍😍😍

We found the fragrance from the roast chicken astounding, with the crispiness of the skin making this dish a really super delicious find.

If they could use a more addictive savoury sauce instead of their ginseng sauce, we think that their roast duck would easily rival the one at London’s famous Four Seasons.
