Fish Ball Noodles
Ordered the original ($5) Mee Kia version. If you like the "abalone", the $7 version comes with it. Personally, I think the spirit of this bowl of noodles is in the thick abalone sauce/paste. It's nice to be able to enjoy a bowl of ah Lam in the comfortable air con branch at marina sq but I think the noodles and soup at the main branch tasted better! Xoxo, wet tissue no have
Lixin Teochew Fish ball noodles ($4.30) has been consistently good in producing QQ satisfying fishballs! The quality of noodle sometimes varies in the different branches and I like the noodles (not cooked for too long so the chewiness is still there) at the BreadTalk HQ branch best! Note for a limited time only, if you use visa for payment, you can get 50cents discount and pay $3.80 for this bow of yummy noodle! Xoxo, wet tissue no have
Ordered their abalone fishball fried wanton noodle set, which comes with a drink of your choice ($4.80). Food taste wise is really mediocre. Don't recommend. It was actually had quite some customers. But I guess the 24h is probably the draw factor. Xoxo, wet tissue no have
2 options for the noodles. Could be done with ketchup or black sauce. I prefer the one with ketchup. If you find that the taste is not to your liking, you can ask for more ketchup and they I'll give you in a mini bowl. $3.50 for the basic. Xoxo, wet tissue no have
$2.50 fish ball bee Hoon. Time travel back to the late 90s and early 00s where food was simple and cheap. The nostalgia hits when you know you have to save the only piece of lard till the very end. Xoxo, wet tissue no have
