Pleasant dining experience at Wine & Chef last night! Semi fine dining joint that will impress your date without burning a hole in your pocket. Worth a try!

BFF livin’ up the hype! Star dish goes to the perfectly seasoned salmon (S$17). Beef steak ($15.00) was decent, a lil salty for my taste bud. Duck ragout ($9) is another must try! Oh, price is nett! Worth a visit if you are ard the hood 😀
Sio bak, as how we locals like to call it, is one of my food weakness. Watching countless Youtube clips educated me one thing: it takes time & effort to roast a crispy & juicy pork belly.
While I'm still procrastinating on attempting the roast pork dish in my kitchen, I know I can head down to Essen @ The Pinnacle to satisfy my pork belly craving at Garçons. Reasonably priced at S$16.90, the crisp of the pork belly skin is out of this world. They do mashed potato unbelievably well too! This french stall made it to my "return list". Do support them as they have a social cause to it. Eating never felt this good 😋

Visited PS.Cafe for the first time with expectation for their truffle fries after reading raving reviews from many sources. Justice was done to the golden potato strips: beautifully fried, addictive and crisp with every bite. The parmesan shavings gave the dish a savoury kick, causing my hand to travel from the serving to my mouth repeatedly. A lil letdown by the aroma of the truffle as it wasn't as robust as how I like it to be.
Try their key lime pie if you can. Love the citrus bang in it. Perf finish after a heavy meal!
#throwback to this moment when I traveled from the far east to the wild west for these burger beauties. IMO, Hambaobao serves one of the best and affordable burgers in Singapore. Mad love for their crispy pork bun! Their sio bak patty was way crispier and juicier than most roast delight stalls I know of. Worth every of my penny and travelling time 🤗 -
