REMARKS:
- The tomato pasta serving is so generous!
- Hamburg was tasty and of a good size, but could be juicier, and I'll prefer to have it with some kind of sauce
- Curly fries maintained their crispness throughout the meal
- Soup was a bit of a letdown - too gooey, clumpy, no sight of the ingredients, no clue what soup is it actually (potato? mushroom?)
- Will order the pork belly hotplate again but probably not this one

REMARKS:
- Seriously tender and thick slabs of sous vide pork belly!
- Fragrant garlic rice that goes well with pork belly and the sauce
- Manned by two young guys

Add Remarks:
This hawker centre is split into two levels, with the hipster section on the upper floor. Settled here because there was almost no social distancing observed on the first floor -- old people taking up seats across one full row of tables and intermingling urgh.

Food on the second floor are hip and slightly pricier, hence less crowd and there were ample seats.

PRICE: $7.90 for waffle with ice cream

WAITING TIME: No queue to enter, no queue at the counter when we went at 2.30AM on a weekday

REMARKS:
- Wasn't expecting the waffle to be good so this really thoroughly surpassed our expectations
- Crispy on the outside, but not burnt
- Found ourselves enjoying it more than their chili dog and burgers

PRICE: $6.50 Sous Vide Chicken Olio

WAITING TIME: Just over 5 minutes on a weekday past 8.30PM

REMARKS:
- Really, really juicy chicken
- Portion of aglio olio is pretty generous. Good amount of thinly sliced garlic.

WILL WE RETURN? YESSSS, to try their fried chicken cutlet

WAITING TIME: Less than 5 min on a weekday at 1.30pm

NOTES: Looks good, tastes good. Generous serving of ricr and chicken. Batter for the chicken cutlet is nice.

WILL I ORDER THIS AGAIN? Will recommend others to try this, but personally will try other dishes myself.

* No ambience. Looks really basic. Construction going on just outside the shop.

* Assam pasta was really interesting. Huge piece of fillet.
* Service isn't great
* But yay, no GST

REMARKS:
- Fries are not great. Not crispy. But at least they are not salty.
- Love the spicy fried chicken. The skin was so good, it remained crispy even at the end of the meal (I always save the best for the last). And that mild, enjoyable spiciness. Chicken was juicy, not dry like at Popeyes.
- The gravy is a great accompaniment.

SERVICE: The uncle was really nice!

WAITING TIME: It was 9pm on a Friday and they were about to close, so there wasn't a queue. I ordered their last 4 wings and got my order immediately

- The tangy chilli sauce goes so well with the wings
- Wings weren't cold even though they were not freshly fried upon order
- Nice prawn paste batter
