Delicious don with teriyaki sauce, a large slice of seared salmon, topped with a generous layer of savoury mentaiko sauce. Also had the Donya Maki ($5.80) stuffed with avocado, crabstick, cucumber, salmon, egg and bonito flakes for a unique blend of sweet and savoury.

To be paired with the chinchalok chilli and lime sauce to bring out the ultimate flavour firework in your mouth. No harm washing down the meal with additional satay sticks 😛

Bite sized signature version of cheeseburgers and buttermilk fried chicken burgers. ($9)

This Little Piggie ($9) skewered pork belly with watermelon relish and Smokey mayo dip. Highly recommended for the melt in your mouth fats and tender meat

Wing-Its ($13). Their signature crispy wings in mofo chili sauce blend- but a lil too ex for just a couple of mid joint wings.

Naughty Fries Jr ($8)- yummy minced beef + fried + bearnaise

1) Starters: Whipped truffle burrata confit which literally my in your mouth, served with basil, figs and balsamic. .

2) Mains: Crab omelet, enoki and herb salad which went really well with savoury miso mustard broth.

3) Mains: Beetroot cured king salmon with zucchini and corn rosti, served with slow cooked egg and seaweed hollandaise

4) Desserts: Coconut sorbet and trifle.

We were instructed to start with the lightest flavour first, which was the kinako soy bean flour then move onto the more intense matcha flavoured one and end with the most intense- black sesame. A nice chewy sweet treat that brought back a taste of Japan.

Love how you get to enjoy the best of both worlds- the refreshing yuzu flavour on one hand and intense matcha on the other hand. The toppings are also thoughtfully paired. Particularly enjoyed the Yuzu pulp topping.
