This noodles was highly raved about and it certainly was tasty. The broth isn't what you'd normally expect, imagine those Hong Kong soy sauce gravies but lighter and more savoury. Went very well with the springy noodles and fragrant oil.

But does make you wonder, is noodles with no 'liao' worth the $6.80? Haha, I'll leave that up to you to decide πŸ˜›

Enjoying a good lunch for at good cause. The good people at Bebek Goreng Pak Ndut will donate 50cents to the disable society for each photo share! The bebek goreng (duck) here is sedap; crispy but not oily & not to mention, the chilli here packs a punch! Service here was great too despite the peak lunch hour. While I always go sushi bar for my sashimi, chirashi fix but this one dish, salmon fin karaage is just too good! Very crispy and yet not dry, after one bite u still get to taste the fats of the salmon. Wonder how they did it!!

I forgot the exact name but there is only one salmon in the menu so here it is. It is awesome. The pastry is perfectly thin and the salmon is cooked perfectly! Worth the money!
