So Truffled
A new addition into their menu here. Featuring their signature handmade egg noodles, this is a dry noodle dish tossed in a braised sauce with white truffle infused olive oil, which is extremely umami with light truffle aroma wafting through the whole dish. Stewed Chinese black mushrooms gave it a deep earthy flavour, while the roasted dried baby shrimps gave its crunchy texture. The thoughtful addition of the sous vide egg gives the entire dish a silkier texture when you mix it in. The accompanying soup was surprisingly good too, given how it had absorbed the daikon's sweetness so much that it's refreshing to have, for the flavour contrast it has to the noodles, while the daikon was soft to the bite that it almost integrates into the soup when chewed upon.
Pizza with portobello mushroom, tomato and truffle oil. 👌🏻 I'd also recommend the fish and chips (absolutely good, but a pity I didn't snap a picture 😩)
Decently priced (sgd 26.90) and really yummy Ribeye steak with pretty generous serving of truffle shavings! The Ribeye steak is tender and not too oily. YUMZ!
Ordered the Wagyu Mbs 7. 200g. It was really flavourful with the sea salt and he chef's signature truffle mustard. It was so good in fact, My gf and I ordered it twice. Cause 200g wasnt enough. Also had the Duck Confit which was a little cold. Could have been warmer. Humble dish that isn't too salty but I would definitely recommend the steak.

The highlight of the dish is the truffled mashed potato - a perfectly creamy and light mash, with just enough truffle oil to bring out the taste of truffle without overpowering the mash itself. The sausages and mushrooms went well with the mash, and I especially appreciated the greens which lightened an otherwise heavy-tasting meal. However, the caramelised onions were a tad disappointing as it seemed that they weren't cooked long enough for the sweetness of the onions to be brought out.
What else is there to comment about this except that it was addictive? I had a Salmon Mentaiko Benedict, so I thought I wasn't going to finish this, but boy was I wrong. So fragrant. No overpowering flavours, yet the taste of the truffle oil, with shaved parmesan as the catalyst, permeated my pallete. I would give this one between 9 to 9.5 out of 10. 👏🏽

Refinery Gyuniku Donburi has truffled mushroom ,marinated beef and spring onion @ 10.00 dollar ,first few bite u can taste the tender beef and juicy mushroom ,but can't finish whole bowl alone ,find it a bit too sweet ,we also trying their spicy ramen,refinery bowl ,unagi don ,this few dish all are below sgd 10.00 ,the ambience here was great ,good for a gang looking for reasonable price cafe and chit chat place !
