The ingredients are generous and the broth is creamy and rich in the seafood taste. It reminded me of lobster bisque and the combination with the seafood is simply tasty 😻
The sauce was definitely a wow, almost thought i was eating the actual crab 😍 added onion rings (not part of the set). Do expect waiting time of 15mins or more. And this isn't a restaurant either, how else can one get this so cheap #supportlocalbusiness #foodphotography #foodforfoodies #foodporn #foodheaven #foodsg #foodie #burpple #sgfood #foodporn #foodpornsg #sgig #foodstagram #foodgram #foodiegram #sgfoodies #fatdieme #iconosquare
What can be said about Omakase's burger that hasn't already been said? The Omakase Cheeseburger ($14.90) is simply perfect. The flavorful hand-grounded beef, melted cheese and super soft bun all come together so harmoniously. But wait, there's more — exclusive to the Wisma Atria outlet, the Omakase Applewood Smoked Bacon Cheeseburger ($17.90) is essentially a fancier take on the classic. Topped with bacon slow-smoked over applewood chips for maximum smokiness, this is the kind of burger you would want to be alone with.

Colored candies filled the entrance. Most of desserts on the menu is sold out. Limited options. Cakes taste average. Nothing to rave about. 1 cake and 1 topping cost about $12.95. Cozy place where you can hang out with friends for hours. Worth experiencing once.
Not halal certified, but it's no pork no lard & the meats are from halal suppliers | I got the Cheesy Affair ($9.90), upgraded from fries to Aglio Olio Pasta ($2.00) and had a side dish of Mozzarella Cheese Sticks ($4.80). The wait was less than ten minutes and the food was hot. I don't know why I expected the pasta to be bland but holy hell it wasn't?? It was so good I'm so bad with describing tastes but it was so flavorful and absolutely delicious. I didn't even have to add pepper or salt or whatever!! And the cheesy fish omg when they said it was a cheesy affair, they MEANT it. It had the cheese sauce on top and look at the picture, so generous right??? And they stuffed the fish with cheese too. It tasted heavenly. The cheese sticks were tasty as well but three sticks for $4.80 isn't worth it in my opinion :/ They have free fruit-infused iced water which you can just take so that's nice!! Overall I LOVED this place and the prices are so good?? The food is lovely?? Definitely going back here!
Truly a tower, as each pancake is more than an inch thick. Fragrant and not too sweet, the pancake tower is accompanied by a scoop of mixed berries sorbet and topped with some real berries. The pancakes go well even with just maple syrup. A definite must-try signature dish at The Academics.
The dish was so nicely presented to begin with: 12 thick and juicy glazed beef slices atop fragrant sesame rice, sprinkled with truffle bits and topped off with a lovely Onsen tamago egg just made me fish out my chopsticks all that much faster. The beef slices glowed a healthy pink, its barbecued aroma wafting through the air. The truffle fragrance was definitely prevalent here without being overwhelming. Putting the beef in my mouth, I was bowled over, and that is an understatement to say the least. The beef was so tender, brimming with its oils and melted so deliciously without needing to chew much.
The truffle kicked up the flavour by a notch and this beef has to be the next best thing I have tasted behind Wagyu beef. It is good to note that the beef used here is prime Angus beef, and I cannot believe this bowl of heavenly goodness costed only $14.90 during lunchtime. I burst the Onsen tamago whose yolk oozed thickly and lusciously and I spread the yolk all over the beef slices. I am currently drooling while writing this.
