So I was introduced by a Friend to this store which was still operating at 3am! It offered so much Chinese cuisine but we picked this dish which was so tasty!
Pork: As the title of the dish implies, it really is "smooth"! The texture was tender and moist. The sauce had a good balance of sour, sweet and spicy, and it tasted so good you could just eat it with rice just like that!
Price: $10 (good for 2-3 pax)

Serving us till 12am, 2+1 Cafe offered us 3 scoops of ice cream for $10! Located at The Woodgrove in Woodlands, this dainty cafe offered the perfect space for our HTHT session.
Salted Caramel: The texture was consistent, with a strong salty caramel aftertaste.
Thai milk tea: The texture was mildly inconsistent, but the taste made up for it with a heavily sweetened tea aftertaste you find in the streets of Bangkok.
Durian: The texture wasn't as good as the above two, as the ice cream falls apart as soon as it reached our tables. Again, the flavour made up for it, but having a more subtle durian taste as compared to other shops.

Salted caramel: A
Durian: B
