ACAMASEATS & GTK💮: The crêpes isn’t as crispy as I’d like in the edges however it fares rather well in the taste department. The combination of caramelised sugar and vanilla ice cream is not cloying and the orange zest lends its much needed citrusy flavour whilst the Grand Mariner was a tad disappointing due to its non contributing factor. 🔖

Cheese is always the first option for me in the dessert section, like a kid in a candy store the moment when the waiter pushes the cheese trolley over but at times I can’t resist the classic French crêpes be it savoury or sweet.

ACAMASEATS & GTK💮: Japan produces the most dessert strawberries in the world and Tochigi Prefecture is one of many Prefectures in Japan that does it well however, they’re one of the best in the business.
The strawberries have a sweet fragrance and taste which is not too overwhelming and 💵S$15 for a box of gems that was handpicked and flew over all within a matter of days, it’s damn worth every penny. 🤤

Incorporating the strawberries into his cakes and pastries Chef Yamashita @chefyamashita created a Strawberry Shortcake Swiss Rolls and Choux Tart that highlights the natural sweetness of the strawberries and TBH his creations are always on point.
You can always rely on the Bartenders at Bitters & Love @bittersandlove to create a badass bespoke cocktail and what they created for the event might seem simple but the strawberries blended well together with the alcohol, a cup just isn’t enough for an alcoholic like me.🔖

ACAMASEATS & GTK💮: There are a number of options from their desserts section but get the signature which is the “BBC”. I like the play on the textures of banana whcih consists of; cubes of banana cake, espuma, creamed banana slices & banana cubes. 🤤

But the highlight is the Beer Ice Cream, refreshing with the fragrance of beer lingering behind and the warm caramel sauce brings the sweetness that completes the dessert. 🔖

Light Yuzu mousse confiture, Vanilla Soufflé Sponge and white brilliant glaze. Light, tangy & not too sweet. A decent dessert. 🍋

Raspberry mousse with lychee gelee and white chocolate creme, covered in pink glaze. The rose aroma hits you right in the face, in a good way together with the lychee gelee that compliments it well. 🌹

Emphasis & priority should be placed on those who use real Durian Flesh instead of flavourings.

As the Durian Shaved Ice uses normal ice as the base of the dessert compared to Durian Snow Ice where the Ice is flavoured with Durian. So one will be getting more durian satisfaction, you get the stamp of confirmation when even the staff recommends that over the former. 🖖🏻
