Cream Puff - $4.50
·
Don’t underestimate this cream puff, it gets all the dessert lovers to the seventh heaven. Thin yet crisp outer casing gives the crunch you would hope for. Inside, just filled with Hokkaido cream, smooth and nice consistency. So sweet and creamy. The amount of cream might scare you at first but pair it with a cup of coffee and you will be good to go for round two

Kyoho Grape Milk Calpis - $5
·
Iced refreshing drink with a nice balance of calpis and taste of grape. I gotten the non gassy calpis which is smoother to drink. It’s a nice drink to get if you’re not craving for Matchaya’s famous desserts

Strawberry Millefeuille - $7.50
·
Casing abit too tough, could be more generous with sweet cream to add moisture into the pastry. Love the strawberries though, lots of them. My advice is to stick to their famous soufflé

White Valentines Day Limited Edition
Kuma Fuwa
·
This white cutie is made of everything sweet: mixed berry sauce, raspberry sauce, cookies, cream cheese mouse, cake crumb, strawberry ice cream, vanilla ice cream, whipping cream, blueberry, Japanese strawberry, white chocolate & pearl chocolate. A lot of things went into making this perfect sweet treat. Using vanilla pods helped boost the ice cream flavour, the cream cheese was so milky so shiok! Go grab it with your loved ones before it’s gone on 17 Mar

Norwegian Salmon Grenobloise - $17
·
Salmon fillet is pan-fried to crisp on the outside while keeping the moisture intact inside. Paired with asparagus & tons of baby potatoes. I really love the refreshing shallots on the top which have been mixed with lemon juice for that extra punch

Sakura Rose Mocha Frap (G) - $8.80
·
The new Sakura Rose Mocha Frappuccino is a blend of rose, chocolate, milk and ice that's topped with mocha sauce and pretty pink Sakura white chocolate flowers. Looks pretty but somehow the flavours turned out closer to Hojicha with lingering rose flavour at the back. Not for those looking for sugar rush

Soufflé Pancakes - $23
·
Soufflé pancakes soft and fluffy, taste sweet in every bite. Come with sweet cream, maple syrup, nuts & mix fruits. I also recommend their beef dishes such as Double Beef Burger ($18.5) & Seoul Beef Bulgogi Pizza ($21.5). They offer $15 breakfast buffet daily, do check it out as well

Strawberries Fairy Honey Toast - $6.80
·
Crispy toast that’s drizzled with honey for extra sweetness. Topped with specially made cheesy cream that melts in your mouth. Garnish with berries and a spoonful of coco power. It’s always a nice dessert after the main course. Thank you Brown Sugar & @burpple for hosting

Truffle Noodle Drunken Chicken with Lava Egg - $9.80
·
The serving is alike to dry ban mee, but with the fusion twist when truffle flavour is added. The noodle is QQ which I love, the drunken chicken is tender as well. Onsen egg is a plus point. Truffle flavour is very personal but I love it as well. They offer other mains as well such as Singapore Classic Prawn Laksa - $8.80 or Pork Collar Rice Bowl - $9.80. But I would still pick that truffle noodle any time
