Comments: generous portion of lobster meat, slightly small portion as not much risotto was served! Overall a flavourful dish and crunchiness from the flying fish roe! 😋

Comments: average bowl of lobster bisque that’s just nice, not too bland nor rich. Would prefer a thicker and richer lobster flavour in it!

Recommending all big eaters to order the mountain one instead!! Unsure if the rice served was normal rice or Japanese rice as the texture was quite different from what I have tasted!! 🤔

📍Thomson Plaza, Singapore

They serve delicious Sichuan dishes from mouth watering chicken to pigs ears and even oil boiled fish slices!! 😋
