Waffle cone +$0.50). I succumbed to temptations eventually on this chilly day. Artisanal ice cream in a minimalistic ice cream shop. I gotta say that their flavors are bold creations, but what's even more therapeutic is the way they use emotions to name the flavors. 'Happy' is a citrusy orange and Horlicks flavor, 'Love' is a vanilla and rose Bandung-like flavor. I chose 'Peace', a lightly flavored combination of sweet vanilla and Chrysanthemum floral note, mixed with 'Lust', creamy dark chocolate with brandied cherries, bitter-sweet yet not too alcoholic. 'Zen', a rich matcha flavor with cookies, is the flavor of the week. Have a go at this smooth ice cream that melts so instantly in the mouth. Oh and, thanks for offering birthday candles on my ice cream! 😄

If regular-sized ice cream portions don't do it for you, Hougang cafe LICKERS may just satisfy with their super generous scoops of gelato; the friendly service is a bonus. The Gelato ($3.50, additional $0.80 for premium scoop) is smooth and intensely flavoured — no diluted flavours here! On top of that, the selection is huge, with some interesting flavours like Yakult Oreo, Salted Caramel Crackers and Oolong Lavender. The Honeycomb, a vanilla based gelato laced with honeycomb bits and maple syrup, is an up-and-coming favourite among the Burpple community.

Coming back after almost a year of not eating this, I decided that it's one of my favouritest favourite (considering its price and quality). crispy but fluffy inside, fragrant batter with salted caramel sauce & I added an earl grey gelato (they made it themselves!), which was pretty strong the way I liked it. G said it's better than Udder's..? (I also ended up buying a pint home, ($14.90 for half litre?) pretty good end to my Friday I'd say.

Light and crispy buttermilk waffle with chocolate chips inside the waffle. Paired with a double scoop of refreshing mango yogurt and butterscotch cookie ice cream.

If you love coconut flavored icecream, you should totally go for this concoction. I love the waffle, its light yet buttery, mmmm i can have it on its own!
