From Teepee Bar and Restaurant; a two-week old bar that also serves hot food such as rice bowls and burgers as well as specialty coffee.
A classic combination here — beef patty with Swiss mushrooms, melted cheese, tomatoes, greens, onions, caramalised onions in between two buns and Cajun fries on the side. Beef patty was done to medium-rare; juicy and tender as slicing it with a knife was a breeze while covered in melted cheese. Thought the chunks of mushrooms could be sautéed a little more for a stronger earthier touch but it does give it a nice chew to the burger, while the caramalised onions were soft and naturally sweet. I especially like how the raw onions in between gave it a crunchy, zesty yet numbing sensation overall. Fries were pretty crisp and well seasoned with Cajun spices as well.
This Bara Chirashi is almost too pretty to be eaten! Especially love the swordfish sashimi; so juicy and fresh!

@riinns and I were lucky (although it required some kind of strategy too 😎) to be assigned the best seats right in the middle, where we got to watch all the cooking action! Pictured here is 12 out of the 18 items we had and my favourites were the negitoro roll, sashimi, torched uni with tuna belly and 4 types of nigiri. Everything, especially the sashimi was so fresh and packed with their natural sweetness and flavours. The best part of all though was the whole vibe and atmosphere with Teppei-san's playful way of interacting with diners.
Do take note that Teppei's omakase now has only one option of $80++ per pax instead of the choice of 3 different price points.
We came down on a weekday for the $38 omakase and it does not disappoint! Pictured isn't everything in the omakase and it was a treat to watch the chefs skillfully prepare each course. Aside from super fresh fish, there was creative preparations, from yuzu rind shaved on top to soya sauce foam. Very value for money too. They do have lunch specials too which I'll definitely come back another day to try! Remember to make reservations if you're getting the omakase.
Located a few doors down from KFC at Bugis Village, celebrity chef Keisuke Takeda's Ramen Keisuke Four Seasons is regarded as the one that serves the thickest pork-based broth. While the other Tonkotsu King outlets boil their soup broth for over eight hours, Four Seasons does it for 11, which gives it its creamy, rich flavour. There are five ramen flavours available — four to represent the seasons, plus the original Tonkotsu King. The four seasons are made with the same tonkotsu broth, but distinguished with the addition of different ingredients to the ramen. Follow Burpple Tastemaker Denise Ong footsteps and order the crowd favourite Tonkotsu Ramen Autumn (from $12.90), which comes loaded with pork soup noodles flavoured with bonito, three varieties of mushrooms, minced pork and jew's ears. Also add on their signature Flavoured Egg ($2) or Seaweed ($1). She recommends taking the broth in the normal level (no need for Strong) to enjoy the "deep pork bone flavour that is so rich, you have to finish it to the last drop". Pro tip: Help yourself to the free flow hard-boiled eggs and marinated beansprouts!

Somewhat similar to the Foie Gras Truffle don, just without the foie gras. Breaking open the onsen egg, together with a mouthful of the flavoured rice, perfectly seared beef with a hint of Truffle taste; ahhhhh the perfect masterpiece waiting to be devoured
