Got some of @puffsandpeaks' relatively new items such as the Honey Mascarpone Cheesecake with Lemon Whip and Thyme Crust, Shitake Cheddar Focaccia Bar, Dark Chocolate Babka Roll and a Sour Cream and Chives Donut recently! I liked them all and my favourite was the honey mascarpone cheesecake because it had a unique flavours with the thyme crust! 😋😋

@fatkidbakery recently launched their savoury line and I just had to try them. One box has 4 flavours which are Spicy Egg Mayo, Tuna Nori Crunch, Sour Cream & Onion and Roasted Garlic Mascarpone. I had the spicy egg mayo and Tuna Nori Crunch and preferred the tuna nori crunch because it had more flavours and textures in it. I would have liked the spicy egg mayo more if it was less creamy and more spicy but they were both good in their signature fluffy bombolinis ☺️

Finally tried @theheadlessbaker awhile back and I really like their bakes! I had the Elegant Box and it contains the following items:
• Lemon pistachio teacake
• Earl grey lavender teacake
• Pandan gula melaka teacake
• Hojicha financier
• Matcha financier
I loved the flavours and textures in this box and I especially liked the Hojicha financier and the lemon pistachio teacake just because I like those flavours more. I enjoyed this box a lot and would love to try the other bakes in the future!

Ordered more @puffsandpeaks treats to try their new items: Raspberry Marscapone Cheesecake & Pistachio shards, Shitake Cheddar Focaccia Bar and Lychees & Cream Donut! We enjoyed the light texture of the cheesecake and I liked how the raspberry and pistachio added more flavours to it. The shitake cheddar focaccia bar had a savoury flavour and was fluffy in texture too. The lychees and cream donut is delicious as well with quite a few lychee bits in it to add on that slight juiciness 😋

Had really fluffy bombolinis from @thefatkidbakery and we were just in time to get the CNY specials before they ended! We had black sesame, peanut crunch, apple cinnamon and oolong. I liked all of them and enjoyed the black sesame most! 😋

Visited @aliceboulangeriesg once and I got hooked on their desserts and bakes 😍 we had the hazelnut Paris Brest and the yuzu tart which had flavours that complemented each other very well. The yuzu tart had a refreshing tangy flavour and a buttery tart crust.

Here are some choux from @patissierwoo that I had last week to start the cny feasting. We got genmaicha, pistachio and goma ones. They were yummy with light choux pastry and smooth cream and I would have liked them if they were more crispy on the outside 😋

@pantler is one of the dessert places I love but don't visit enough because their new location is further from me 😅 Visited again when I was in the area and got their signature chou de la crème which was still light in texture with that crisp chou pastry. I loved how the crunchy nougatine added that sweetness and crunch too!

The La France tart had such fragrant pear slices from Yamagata and crisp flaky puff pastry too. Looking forward to visiting again for more! 😍

Managed to get @elijahpies' Happy Box during the last launch and got to try Hojicha Speculoos and Wild Berry Lavender. It's good if you want to try many different flavours but I think the pies lacked consistency in terms of how much pie crust there was and that affected the taste quite a bit for me. I liked both flavours I tried but I enjoyed wild berry lavender more because of the more balanced filling to crust ratio 😋

• Chocolate Friand, Raspberry Ganache & Pistachio Glaze
• Black Sesame Friand Hojicha Ganache & Glaze

I liked all the Friands as they had a variety of contrasting flavours in each friand but my favourite flavour was the Chocolate because I liked the combination of flavours the most with the sweet, tangy and nutty flavours together 😋
