ACAMASEATS & TIPSš®: If you dine at @w39bistro you might find this vaguely familiar. The only difference is the sides used & the Chili which unfortunately was not pictured. š¶

The accompanied homemade Chili is simply divine which is almost surprisingly unexpected coming from a humble halal bistro. Pair it with all the components of the dish or just the salmon alone just goes so well together. If they ever bottle it up & sell it, I'd actually travel all the way down (which is bonkers for me) to get it. š
Enjoy your Long weekend with a brunch @theroyalssg which is Halal Certified, not many halls cafes/bistro serves decent plates at affordable prices & this just might be one of them. š

ACAMASEATS & GTKš®: A gorgeous huge chunk of Lamb Shank Braised till Tender, it doesn't really have the gamey smell that turn some away. Velvety Pumpkin Mash mixed in with a dollop of butter for that richness as the Feta Cheese balance it out. š

Once the dish hits the table I was honestly astounded by the size of it. That alone & the execution, I'd say this is damn worth every penny of yours. šš»

ACAMASEATS & GTKš®: I Guess as a Peranakan, I'm pretty particular about Peranakan Cuisine, on how people cook & present it. The Nyonya Mee Siam here lacked some oomph, the gravy can be a tad thinner & a touch of sourness with a spicer kick should do the trick. š¶

However, it's still one of the better Nyonya Mee Siam out there. A safer option if one does crave for an Asian dish here. After all, most of not all the Peranakans will claim that their Chor Chor or BiBi makes the best. So taste is subjective I'd say. šš»

Just like this dish, Threadfin executed well with Crispy skin, tender & moist flakey flesh. Thai Mango salad brings a tang that pairs well & makes one crave for more, topped with the brilliant touch of cashew nuts which stole the limelight away from the Threadfin.
