It's aight. Beef patty was firm enough but overall it's abit too dry because there wasn't much veggies except onions. BBQ sauce. It's also not v smashed
The highlight was the potato salad. Very flavourful and naturally so, plus the touch of acidity was great. Excellent. Sauteed mushrooms were amazing as always

The cream sauce was full of umami and not jelak. The mushrooms were high quality too, probably porcini cos they were so meaty

This rlly was good. I mean they're overpriced yes, obviously 12 for eggs and bread is expensive, hence why some call them overrated
But the taste is rlly sth. There's enough umami, there's some heat, the eggs were special and the chives rlly came thru. Apart from the fact that it's damn annoying to eat, and that the brioche is abit too thick for this sandwich(so overall it's a tad dry), it's really quite good

The bread is thick but not dry due to the almost soft boiled egg layer. The egg layer makes it quite unique and overall it's quite enjoyable, on the milder side due to the egg but slightly expensive
This ribeye is not too bad. Not excessively chewy, and doneness was good too. Hard to find a decent one normally
Sauce was meh tho, v thin and not umami. Mushrooms were fine
The sea perch itself is very good. Crispy and moist. However the sauce, the sautéed onions, and the caviar all didn't rlly belong there

Really doesn't taste like much, abit sour. It's mainly orange juice and cranberry juice but it's hard to perceive either if you're not looking for it
