I have never heard of it partly because they don’t have an Instagram account and hence not strong on social media. Yet, their business is bustling even on a Sunday evening when we went. Why so?
Definitely the food.
We ordered about 9 dishes for the 5 of us not realising how huge the portion is. It was HUGE. Who would have thought a radish salad dish will look like a yu sheng platter and the udon can feed 5 people (served in mini bowls). And the food are all really tasty that we cleaned up the bowls and plates. To think we said we were not that hungry when we ordered. My favourite dish is the radish salad, tossed in their very own sesame sauce, crackers and lots of cashew nuts. I could have this everyday. And you know what? They are all vegetarian! MINDBLOWN. .

Or B if you’re a Burrata fan like myself. I’ve had awesome ones from Senso and Garibaldi, so I had wanted to taste the Burratina from Trattoria Amanda. My take? It’s quite bland and the mousse didn’t ooze out as I hoped for. The pizza though is to die for! We had the Capricciosa which had mozzarella, baked ham, mushroom, artichokes and olives with tomato based sauce. It’s very thinly-crusted and even the edges was biscuit thin. We finished all of it despite being very full (coz it’s served last). Squid ink pasta turned out to be a pleasant surprise, there’s bits of squid in every mouthful. Every strand of the spaghetti was coated with the squid ink but it wasn’t too rich for consumption. All in all? Highly recommended if you’re a fan of Italian cuisine. Great service too! And belated happy bday @micheeeet! Hope you liked the meal 😊
