I've never really tried restaurant-class Indian food before but I wasn't disappointed on my first try. Ordered the reliable old Naan Basket which had 4 full Naans in it to share (spoiler alert: we ended up getting another basket because it was so good!). Each Naan came in its own flavour from garlic to butter to plain and another flavour that I can't recall. The Naan was warm to the touch and flavourful throughout, retaining its original flavor even when combined with the Paneer (cottage cheese curry) that we had ordered to go along with it.
A friendly place to try out Indian food, especially for first timers!
A far cry from what it used to be in its heyday a long while back. The prata was only decent at its higher price ($1.10 per piece) and the curry was almost industrial; not to my taste. I've had better prata elsewhere at a cheaper price...
The Indian Rojak was fairly standard so I've no comments on that. Hawker stalls around provide a similar taste so there's no real reason to detour.
