Steamboat
Tian Wai Tian Fish Head Steamboat is one of the popular fishhead steamboat in Singapore. You can choose red grouper or promfret steamboat. Dip the fish slices into the garlic chilli sauce and YUMZ! The soup is coupled with yam and lettuce and is refillable. The coffee pork ribs is a Must Order! The sauce is very tasty and the coffee taste is not overwhelming. The pork ribs are very tender too. Every table seems to order the Har Cheong Kai. Will give it a try the next round.
There were six hot pot soup bases namely Taiwanese Herbal Pork Rib Soup ($8.80++), Thai Tom Yum ($7.80++), Wild Mushroom Soup ($7.80++), Japanese Kombu & Bonito soup ($7.80++), Xiaolongkan Old Hotpot ($9.80++), and Tomato Soup ($7.80++). Like most hot pot places, soups were refillable upon request. Each came with a bowl of vegetables and mushrooms and free-flow iced green tea or water. The condiments cost $2++ per person. They had plates in green ($0.99++), orange ($1.99++), blue ($2.99++), and red ($3.99++).
This BBQ Steamboat Buffet located at Satay by the Bay had gained its Halal Certification. There was a wide variety ranging from seafood to meat and vegetables. Prices were reasonable and its location was accessible too. After a hearty meal, you can head over to Marina Barrage which was just a stroll away from the eatery.
My personal favourite is the Beauty Collagen Broth which is smooth, milky and tasty.
