This is their signature cut - 285grams of full goodness. Had medium for this as the medium rare was too bloody for me (though they recommend having it in MR). The portion was thick and generous, meat was succulent and juicy. Loved the sauce too! Sides were also good, especially the sweet corn and the Yorkshire pudding. Paired the meal with a red Chilean Lafitte as well.
