Japanese omelet yakisoba $6
Pork Belly Mentai Mayo Don ($9.80+) came with sauteed pork belly slices and onions on a bed of Japanese short-grain rice. It was drizzled with mentaiko mayo that was lightly torched before the dish was garnished with spring onions, pickles, and an onsen egg. Super tasty!
Takeaway sushi set. My favorite salmon aburi!
Foie Gras Yakiniku Onsen Tamago Don ($22). Loved the buttery foie gras. The beef slices were a tad too tough tho. My personal preference would still be Tanuki Raw.
Gyudon ($11.90) - Stir-fried barbecue and sweetened onions topped with onsen egg, spring onion, nori and sprinkled with sesame seeds. This Gyudon was quite bland for me and the miso soup was tasteless as well. Belly Mentaiyaki 2 pcs ($3.90) - Half cooked salmon with mentai sauce and flying fish roe.
Aburi Salmon Mentai Mayo ($11.90) - This is so yummy!
Ramen Dining Keisuke Tokyo allows you to choose and match your preference how the ramen want to be served. Free flow of hard boiled eggs and beansprouts as well. Crab Stock Ramen with Flavored Egg ($15.90) - the thick aromatic crab stock made it quite distinctive from any other ramen stocks in the local market. Chicken Stock Ramen with Flavored Egg Soya Based ($13.50) - The soup base was lighter but still aromatic and tasty. Chicken Nanban with Tartar Sauce ($9) - the tartar sauce consisted of radish, hardboiled egg, tartar sauce and their secret sauce. The sauce matched the crispy chicken very well.
Ebi Lover Tendon- Each bowl comes with four pieces of Ebi, a selection of vegetables and onsen egg.
Only 2 main dishes were available on the menu, Triple Cheese Prime Beef Hamburg Set ($20.80) and Keisuke Prime Beef Hamburg Set ($18.80). Each Hamburg set came with free-flow rice, miso soup, eggs, salads and side dishes. Really loved this concept! Everything just tasted so good especially the scrambled eggs and pasta salads. I ordered the Triple Cheese Prime Beef Hamburg Set with Teriyaki Sauce and Mayonnaise. The Hamburg was stuffed with a mixture of three cheeses. I could taste sweetness from the onion minced patty and savoriness from the cheese. It was so good yet sinful! The Ebi Tempura was nicely done too. Crispy and light. I loved to eat my rice with the Teriyaki sauce and it's really addictive. It could be really filling, so it's best to come with a hungry stomach so that you could eat to your heart's content. Definitely one of my favorite restaurant spots this year!
The Sumo Ramen ($23) - Slow-roast oxtail, braised beef tendon, red wine boneless short rib and sauteed sliced US beef. The ramen came with bean sprouts, toasted seaweed, black fungus and free-flow of soft-boiled eggs. The beef was tender and flavorful and I loved the al dente noodles. Mini Loco Moco Don ($18) - This was food orgasm for me! The rice soaked up the house-made foie gras sauce and was so tasty. It was topped with pan-seared foie gras, succulent luncheon meat and fried quail egg. A must order for me!
These strawberry cream chocolate mochi were so chewy and yummy!
My favorite cheese with egg Japanese fried noodles :) With the cheese, mayo and special sauce...everything was yumz!
