We had this the last time we were at Ki-sho and absolutely loved it. It was so smooth (polished to 18%) and yet it had a strong and bold flavour.

The good thing about dining at @buonaterrasg is that we could order alcohol from next door 😊. Choosing to have sake instead of wine was such a good idea. I thought it went really well with the food. Thank you Steven for keeping this bottle for us!

I lifted the milk cracker to have sneak peek at what's underneath. Dark chocolate mousse, aerated chocolate, milk caramel and milk ice cream! I loved the combination.

The octopus was cooked sous vide and then seared. Served with squid ink sauce as well as Nduja pork (spicy salami) sauce.

This was the first time I was having this dish and it will definitely not be my last! The octopus was so tender yet well charred on the outside. I especially loved it with the spicy salami sauce.

I am not sure whether it was the scampi or the lardo (or probably both!) but this dish was really very delicious. You can imagine how thrilled I was when Chef @dennislucchi said it will soon be part of the permanent menu! I am definitely coming back for this 😍!

Thanks @veronicaphua for the recommendation. It was a unanimous favourite at our table. Fried till golden and crispy. Tasted even better when dipped with the garlic aioli. *
I did note that the food tended to be slightly on the salty side.

I had an appetiser portion as I was afraid I would have trouble finishing the full sized main. There was really no need to worry as it was so tasty it would have been more difficult to leave anything behind!

It may seem expensive at $48 but they were very generous with the lobster. The spaghetti was cooked al dente and the tomato based sauce was so flavourful especially when topped with garlic breadcrumbs 😋.

This was absolutely delicious. The sweet pachino tomatoes made a perfect pasta sauce for the tasty crab. Every mouthful was so full of flavour!
