Blue Lobster was really fresh that comes with lots of lobster cavier, but the meat was a tad too hard. Probably is due to our greediness (want to choose the larger size one, LOL)
Alaska King Crab Leg was really fresh and sweet! It detaches from its shell with just a slight pull.
Fillet and Scallop Skewer was pretty average when u have the lobster n crab before that 🤣 Nevertheless, it is still a good choice to pair with the other 2 heavy shell meats.
Another exotic meat only available (legally) in Norway! Anyway, it's just taste like a piece of overcooked steak 😂
Prized fish only available in Norway. Wild salmon tasted more tender but without the softness of fats as compared to farm salmon that we usually have.
Tips to differentiate Wild and Farmed Walmon: Look at the fats line. Wild salmon has no/minimal white fats line as compared to the usual farm salmon that we commonly see..
One of the exotic try in Norway. Meat was really soft and tender, taste more like beef. Wagyu beef to be exact 😂 but without all the marbling fats! Topped with strawberry jam, salad vegetables, white and fried onions. Bread was heated to crisp too!
