Hotpot Hotpot

Chicken hot pot with coconut juice base. Quite an unique cuisine, but u need to be able to adapt to different style if u are going to try this. Soup will eventually turn sweet and there is strong favour for ur hot pot. Rather, they give u authentic Hainanese cuisine cooked the way in China.
Cold noodle with beef piece is a pleasant surprise. Chilli is hot. The price, unfortunately, is not so "user friendly".

Shi Li Fang 食立方，Taiwanese hot pot with some added China steamboat element. The small pot is good if u got only one to two pple eating. Try the spicy chicken if u want something different. The meat is smooth and goes very well with the soup and dipping source. Budget 30per pax if u want something more suited for yourself. Damage could hit 50 if u add in seafood and premiere meats.

Finally made up my mind to try this...
Quite an interesting style of hot pot, for those who missed satay celup in Melaka, this is the place to satisfy your urge.
Staff are friendly.
Just one point to note, .. forget about having three soup base at one go. Just concentrate on the satay source soup is good enough for the evening.

Very nice place. I like the soup base. The mushrooms are a must to enjoy the hotpot. Mushrooms with prawn paste is an interesting blend. Also try a jar of home made 酸梅汤.
