Salted caramel buttermilk waffles—$12.50
Truffle shoestring fries—$8
Wonderful food, wonderful company, wonderful place. Salted caramel waffles was just as good as I remembered since the last time I tried it. Crispy and fluffy on the inside. Served warm with an indulgent scoop of rich, creamy vanilla ice cream and a generous drizzle of salted caramel sauce. Waffles wasn't as crispy as the previous time I tried but still taste as good.
Plus, first time trying their truffle fries. 🍟 So so yummy!! The strong aroma of truffle made me drool as I hurriedly took a picture. Parmesan piled high on the golden and crispy fries. Fries were so crispy that some broke into half when I attacked it with my fork 😛 This plate of truffle fries is definitely one of the best I have eaten so far.
I really love Atlas Coffeehouse. From its lovely ambience and chic interior to its friendly staff. A great place for a nice cup of coffee ☕️ and a peaceful atmosphere to catch up with whatever work you have on hand. I like how they have large tables to cater to large groups of people too.
Price wised, its super worth the money. With the generous portions and mouth watering (the truffle fries literally) choices, you can rest assure that your money would be very well-spent.
Egglet waffles (half buttermilk half red velvet) with three scoops of ice cream (Hazelnut Rocher, Dark Angel and Taro Yam & Coconut) and 2 toppings (drizzle of chocolate sauce & 2 picky sticks)
Really Instagram worthy. This is probably the reason why it was so crowded despite it being a really really tiny but cosy cafe.
The Taro Yam and coconut ice cream stood out!! It was really creamy and delicious. Would recommend this flavour!! Dark angel and Hazelnut Rocher was not bad on their own too, not exceptional, but flavours were textbook.
The waffles were really tasty too. Although it could have been more crisper, but I like how it absorbed the ice cream and became messy and soggy but really delicious mmmmm (Waffles are also freshly made so it's warmth contrasted well with the cold ice cream🍦)
However, I wish that they were more generous with their toppings. Perhaps instead of two, 3-4 toppings could be perfect for three scoops of ice cream.
Great experience overall, from the atmosphere to the food. For the best experience, bring a group of friends or your family along. Speaking from experience, I came here with my family and it was really nice to dig the goodness all from one cone together while talking about how good it was. The cone of goodness was devoured really quickly, leaving us craving for more. There wasn't even a chance for the melting ice cream to drip out from the bottom of the cone. Also, we weren't sure if the waffles was the best we had. One thing for sure though, we'll definitely come back for more👍🏻😋
Price: $8.20 (waffle) + $4.10 (one scoops ice cream); on Tuesdays, waffles are half priced @$4.10)
The cookie dough ice cream was 💯💯 The ice cream was really really creamy however I wished they were more generous with the cookie dough in the ice cream as it kinda taste like normal vanilla ice cream on some bites. Waffles was really crispy and hot when served. However it got really soggy which wasn't too my liking. But the amazing ice cream which was really good made up for it 🍦🍦 Would come back for their ICECREAM in a cone XD but their Waffles? I'll consider it on Tuesdays (when their waffles are half-priced 😛)
