Don Ho is a relatively new concept by the Social Summer Kitchen, situated via the back alley at Keong Saik. The restaurant and bar emphasises on shared dinning and a wide range of cocktails.
The spring menu 2017 is interestingly categorised info three components - land, earth and sea. In frame is one of a recommended dish from land, Roasted Iberico Pork Jowl [$16] accompanied with slow cooked egg, miso, radish and burnt onion. Overall, a tad too salty for my liking.
