It’s soba covered with generous amount of chives and minced meat mixed with a special chili oil. It’s not spicy for me (I can take very spicy food) but I feel the amount is just nice with adding of vinegar. It is finished off with a mouthful of rice that helps to soak up all the leftover sauce and it’s very nice. Love it!
Took the buffet beside the stress to have your food ordered within an hour, it’s worth the price since you can order anything from the ala carte menu but you can only choose the sea bass (金目鱸) only.
I love the cheese salted egg tofu!
Being honest, I will choose steamboat over bbq anytime so when I go bbq, there’s gotta be something to attract me. Here, it’s the foie gras. I mean c’mon how often you get foie gras in a coffeeshop?
It’s a little pricy for 4 pieces of foie gras at SGD18.80 but then again, it’s foie gras - it supposed to be expensive.
So anyway, foie gras was good.
Personally prefer this than the shiok maki cos shiok is a little tooo rich for me.
Totally forgot the name of the dish but garlic is so goood that we almost licked clean it. Well, it’s not exactly the healthy kinda of dish since it’s soaked in butter (I think)
Salmon sashimi madness is always the reason for my return but the best thing about this place is, that’s not the only thing that’s good. My friend suggested to try the onsen, and I fell in love with it!
When you think that miso soup is just another “free soup”, try the one here. You won’t regret.
The mentaiko salmon bowl is definitely a recommend, pair it with their yuzu-ume brown rice.
You get what you deserved for S$23. It would be better if you share the dish.
