Fork n knife
Comes with 1 base (skip the soba noodles, it’s clumpy & mushy), 1 HOT protein (ordered the masala chicken or smth like that & it’s not bad!), 1 deli + 4 veggie/crunchie
Pork Chop nicely cooked and tender, long beans gives a nice crunch and refreshing contrast to the mashed potato. I would say the mashed potato is too bland for me (too little brown sauce) & I also would prefer a more generous portion of the Apple salad (gets gelak aft awhile)
They do have an issue with their doneness of their steak though, been there twice recently and it’s both overcooked.
They used to be much better in terms of their food quality when they first started. Nonetheless, still a good place for some western food
Can’t rmb the dine-in price but it’s $32 on oddle!
Fresh Al dente Tagliatelle cooked in 24-hour braised beef ragu & comes with generous parmesan 🤩
Price is defo on the higher side but for the vibes and open kitchen, it’s justifiable
I forgot the dine-in price but on oddle, it’s $36!
comes with little neck clams & most importantly fresh pasta that comes al dente.
Though price is defo on the higher side.
Pan-seared dory on mashed potato and drenched in this pesto cream sauce. When I had my first bite I went “omg I’ve never had fish so good” (context: am not a fish lover). The skin was so crispy. Tho I wished the veg medley comes in a more refreshing sauce just cause it’s really a heavy dish with all the mashed potato and cream going on. But overall, I really enjoyed it!!!!
Beyond covers most of their menu so it’s rlly worth &
a group of friends gets to try different things (
Started with a crab salad & a shared platter. Food was pretty underwhelming. Flavour of aglio olio could be stronger, mash potato (under lobster) was bland, chicken could be more tender. :’-)
Ok this place was pretty inaccessible but the food was legit worth it. Had the Australian 100 days Grain- Fed Striploin Steak (250gm) ($22 +2 for truffle fries). It came with fries (+$2 for truffle fries), a salad (sauce was meh), caramelised onions and brown sauce. The outer layer has this nice crisp while the meat was soOoOoOooO juicy and well seasoned :’). ESPECIALLY WHEN I ATE IT WITH THE FATS oh man, crying internally cus i miss it so much while typing this. Had it with their beer on tap ($11 I THINK i can’t remember). He had Angus Flank Steak “served Medium Rare” ($22) with bottled beer but overall i still prefer mine. can’t wait to head back for their pasta n maybe even more steak wuuhuuuu
