This looks rather ordinary except for the fact that it was steamed with good quality chinese wine which enhances the crab. On top of it each of us were given a small cup of 16 years old 女儿红(Daughter wine). The smooth wine pairs well with the crab. Chinese Wine pairing with Chinese food is relatively unknown. However the end result is yummy. Go try it when you’re in this restaurant. Advance order is advised.
When you dine often at your favourite restaurant you may thinking what to eat next. I love it when either the chef or manager surprise me. My last dish for my dinner was well cooked (great wok hei) and tasty. Though there’s no chilli (yet I suppose) but the overall is as close to those in Penang if not better than some too. Yummy yummy yum yum yum!
