Lunch / 22 May 2018: nicely grilled brussel sprouts fried with pork belly stewed/brined in salted veg - combination I cannot imagine and once I had it, was pretty amazed by the explosion of flavours

Lunch / 22 May 2018: charred goodness elevated by the use of chili powder and gooey onsen egg. And at such a steal for $10!

Dinner / 17 May 2018: best pizza I had in a while - freshly made oven baked pizza paired with the lovely and pretty combination of purple cauliflower, eggplant and (I believe) purple potatoes!

Dinner / 10 May 2018: sashimi is always nice and this time, it’s elevated by the use of kumquat and lychee and the right amount of chili vinegar

Dinner / 10 May 2018: finally a bread dish with a great Asian take! It’s really 烧饼 but with mozzarella and paired with yeast whipped butter mixed with laksa leaves!

Dinner / 10 May 2018: the surprise in this dish came in the form of the pear-Angelica root combination and black fungus which added a refreshing crunch to this otherwise meaty dish. That said, beef short ribs was done perfectly and paired with a great chicken jus

Dinner / 4 May 2018: the combination sounded crazy but be rest assured it’s definitely yummy especially if you love beetroot and frog legs and wonder how on earth they can ever come together in a dish!

Dessert / 28 March 2018: cliche but it’s truly guilt-free and delicious. Spirulina, mango and açai turned out to be an amazingly yummy combination!

Lunch / 23 March 2018: More reasons to love Kimme - pretty affordable set lunch. This time it’s topped off with its wonderful tropical dessert of coconut cream, mango purée and passionfruit!

Dinner / 21 March 2018: the folks at meatsmith sure how to do a good bbq / roast - tender meat alongside with melt-in-your-mouth fats and topped off with the crunch of coconut chutney

Dinner / 16 March 2018: starters are always fun here - its iberico lomo tasted almost like Bak Kwa and it’s gazpacho was a refreshing rendition using cherry as base!

Lunch / 16 March 2018: it’s seasonal tendon is seafood galore with seaweed batter, ikura and of cos lots of seafood tempura!
