A generous portion of rice cooked with black squid ink and topped with mixed seafood. This was a solid dish but I did not really like the rice which I found a bit too mushy. However, the squid ink sauce was very flavorful. Furthermore, the octopus, clams and prawns were very precisely cooked. Very tender and sweet. Overall, a good dish but not the highlight of a meal here so order if you want a carbohydrate but if not, there are even better options on the menu.

Put simply, this is a must order. It is the best version of a Baba cake I have ever had and a delicious vanilla cream and aged Carribean rum complete a stunning interpretation. Don't miss this dish!

Not recommended. While I generally like the food here, stay clear of their basic burger. Its still relatively pricey at $26, but the burger is just poor. The patty is dry and lifeless, cooked to a grey and unappetizing well done. Very ordinary cheese is used with some lettuce, tomato and pickle. Order something else from their menu.

Their classic burger is still superb. The dry aged patty is done medium rare and is extremely juicy and flavorful. Much better than almost all compeition at this price point. This rendition of the burger is beautifully simple with just caramelized onions and cheese ensuring you taste the dry aged beef. The skinny fries are also very good and go well with their homemade thick tomato ketchup. Highly recommended.

Comes with a choice of side. (Rice pilaf pictured)

The ribs are solid with a nice glaze. However, the meat is only average. Not very tender. Therefore, would only recommend this over other places if you are getting some kind of discount here because $42 isn't cheap. The serve is definitely generous though and 2 people can share this main.

Expensive but in my opinion, the best Mac and cheese in Singapore. The pasta is cooked well, the cheese sauce is rich, decadent and extremly flavorful from a great mix of different cheeses and the crust is crispy and perfectly set in their high heat ovens.
.
Bedrock does great woodfire grilled steaks but this is a must order alongside them. It's pricey but the portion is large enough to share among 2-3 people as a side.

A nice simple and enjoyable Mac and cheese at this classic Singapore restaurant. Very generous ammount of molten cheese and a nice lightly browned bread crumb crust. The pasta is also nicely cooked and holds the cheese well.
.
I would recommend ordering this to share as a side since it doesn't come with any meat or vegetables.
