Little bit on the high side price wise but a must order for me at Tim Ho Wan. Soft rice rolls filled with fresh shrimp and leeks with a light soy sauce. Very good, simple preperation of good produce. Recommended!

Pretty expensive for a sweet and sour pork dish but this is a 2 Michelin Star restaurant. We enjoyed this dish but found it slightly underwhelming considering it was a signature item. The black vinegar was superb and added great depth and flavour that lifts this dish above most normal versions. However, the fried pork cubes were a touch soggy and we didn't love the fine diced peppers that garnished the dish. Overall we think there were stronger dishes at Shisen Hanten than this.
Super simple, super delicious. Best amuse we've had at any Chinese restaurant in Singapore. The tomatoes are tangy, complex in flavour and absolutely perfect as an appetizer 👍

The duck meat was juicy and tender and the skin crisp with the fat underneath well rendered. The sauce was flavorful but in my opinion, not as good as their "ten wonder herb" sauce so I'd recommend that option instead. A good dish
