The Misses
Itβs a good choice when having lunch with Muslim colleagues. Came at 12 noon on a Monday but the crowd seems to be quite small. Thereβs empty seats and didnβt wait long for the food. I was slightly dissolved with my onsen egg though, it was tad too cooked. As compared to other kiseki ventures this is probably one of the not so good ones.
Beef was tender (albeit a little too tender that it tastes like it has too much tenderizer). Serving was for one person and cost $8. Taste is good but not particularly outstanding and wait was pretty Long even when there wasnβt really a lot of tables around.
Taste was not bad but serving was extremely small and wait was long. We ordered the small portion which cost $8.50 but is a serving of one frog. The meal with porridge cost more than $10. Porridge was smooth but didnβt taste outstanding. Frog gong bao was flavourful but not any better than the others in Geylang.

My babe says that it's too salty towards the end (basically when all the fish is gone and you're only left with cabbage swimming in the sauce). This salad with shredded banana blossom, toasted coconut & lime. (Why so hipster and pretentious?) The queues are freaking long and the place is freaking loud - literally I almost went deaf dead. But the food is so good, I'm sold.
