Italian
One of the very creamy pastas available in Singapore. The dish comprised of Mushrooms, cashews, thyme, rosemary and of course pasta. The creamy rich mushrooms were definitely the star of the dish and they just won my heart. I wanted to go for more but I controlled my demons ($ 14).
Features a cream base pasta cooked with tuna chunks, and tossed in lemon juice, anchovy bits and capers, before garnishing with chilli flakes, cherry tomatoes and wild rockets. Cooked al-dente, the pasta noodles boost a firmer, drier texture, while the generous addition of tuna chunks embedded within and rediscovered in every bite was a delight to the tastebuds and fared well as a refreshing combination. Its so light on the tummy and I felt like ordering one more but restricted myself from doing that 😅 ($14.50).
One of the most drool-worthy dish is here, Baked Pork Belly, Wild Fennel . It is a gigantic slab of pork with crackling skin, and stuffed within is white fennel with black pepper. The pork belly is served on the table before being cut into small rectangular pieces by the server. The cut-up pork belly is likened a blossoming flower, which makes it easier for diners to pull out each piece of meat to eat. The texture is soft and tender. Together with the crispy edges, this dish is surely one of the best pork belly.
What else is better than a Super satisfying pizza blended with CREAM, MOZZARELLA, PARMESAN, EGG, TURKEY BACON, ONION, BLACK PEPPERCORN.
