I chose the Kitsune Udon ($6.90), which was simple but standout! Enjoyed the texture of the noodles and the light but tasty broth. The aburaage tofu was particularly enjoyable, packed with sweet and savory flavours. Best aburaage I’ve had in a while!
Picked two tempura pieces for sides, the jumbo prawn ($3.50) and the creamy crab ($2.90), both fried to crispy perfection.

Part of a seasonal menu. Loved the foie gras sauce on the pork belly! It was earthy, savoury and delicious. The pork belly itself could definitely be more tender. The capellini, served aglio olio style with sautéed mushrooms and cherry tomatoes, was tasty too.

Part of a seasonal menu. Thin pork belly strips fried till crispy, this was so sinful! I wasn’t really a fan, but my bf really enjoyed it. Came with a curry mayo dipping sauce that was pleasant, though I couldn’t really make out the curry flavour.

A light appetizer. The silky texture of the tofu contrasted nicely with the chewy potato starch coating, and the little bit of crispness from the deep frying. The mushrooms felt slimy to us, and we ended up leaving them in the bowl.

Came with ebi yasai kakiage and half an onsen egg. Got the baby bear spice level 3 and the Japanese soup base. I think it was the wrong choice, the broth did not taste like curry, just peppery. I’m not a big eater and the portion was smallish, even to me.

Broth fell a little flat for me, but the duck slices were good, and the noodles were springy. They let you choose between thin and thick noodles (I went for the thick).
An alright bowl of ramen, if u’re in the area, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for this.

The full sized version wasn’t as flavorful as the mini version. Needs more sauce!

Pork slices and a raw egg over rice. Made quite a satisfying side.

Decided to go for the Black King, which has black garlic and squid ink in the broth. Flavours were way too strong for me, didn’t enjoy this and had a lot of trouble finishing. I wish I had gone for the original instead!
The great thing abt this place is that they let u choose the ingredients that go in your bowl. I dislike spring onions, so I was thrilled that they had the option of cabbage instead. Awesome!
Ramen egg is an additional $2.

Menu said this is a limited edition, so we had to try! Broth is made from chicken, pork and bonito, and you can really taste each component. The noodles are thicker than the ones served with the tonkotsu ramen.
We sprung for additional cha shu and a ramen egg for $4 extra.

One of the better bowls of tonkotsu ramen. Soup was sooooooooo decadent! I really liked the thinness of the noodles. The thing with tonkotsu is that it’s so rich I can nv finish any add on ingredients, so I have to give up my ramen egg 🙁

We made our own takoyaki! It was fun, but harder than it looks!
