They cut up the glutinous rice into small balls, dap it with shallot oil before coating them with peanut or black sesame🥰
.
Can’t decide btw either, just get both! It’s worth the fix 🥰

Finally got to try Lawa Bintang’s lobster Nasi lemak! $22. Though a little pricey, it comes with half a lobster that is topped in this cheesey sauce and chilli powder. Their sambal chilli was also spicy. Pretty hard to find Nasi Lemak chilli with a kick but the ones here r legit!! Will definitely go back and try their fish!
And that amazing Nata De coco to go with it:) 👌🏼👌🏼
Still as delicious :) add two packets of chilli for kick! The ingredients were really fresh
Chilli pan mee- the sudden craze these few months! Yet another Pan mee place has opened up in Singapore! Originated from all, they finally opened up a store at 22 China Street, Raffles Place.
.
We tried their signature Chilli Pan mee ($7.80) which came highly recommended by the waitress. The ingredients were pretty generous! What caught our hearts were the dried shallots as it added crunch to the noodles. There was also ikan billis, a runny egg and mince meat at the side. Obviously the best part was the free flow of chilli at every table.
.
While we loved the ingredients, we thought the noodles were a little over cooked. What’s your take on this? Any favourite chilli pan mee stalls in Singapore you will recommend?
Love the spiciness and freshness of the mala! However we still preferred the ones at Chinatown
Love the dry version of the prawn noodles! Tasty broth and juicy prawns!
Homemade ban mian with spicy chilli and generous serving of mince meat ingredients! Love it
And that amazing Nata De coco to go with it:) 👌🏼👌🏼
