Toa Payoh Hwa Heng Beef Noodles has a perpetual incessant queue here. There are two versions – soup or dry. The dry version is drizzled generously with sauce, though I found the soup version to be more hearty. The taste of the soup and noodles have a very old school flavour to it, just the way I remember beef noodles to be.

Better chicken cutlet than other stalls I've tried in hawker center. The breading is nice. Comes with side salad which is a nice addition.
