Walked past and got attracted to one for one lunch. Couldnβt decide between a chirashi don or a chashu rice bowl and decided to go for the latter because it seemed like more skills would be required. But I must say it was slightly disappointing. The pork belly was lean which could be a good thing but was dry and tough. The sauce was sort of an in between a yakitori and a teriyaki sauce. Would have been great if they had given more sauce for the rice. Because dry pork and dry rice was just scraping on the inside of my mouth, causing cuts π°π°π° Flavours weβre right but not texture.
