Rainy morning reminds me of a good brunch in Oz 😭

Cold mornings like this reminds me of the hot chocolate I have in Oz 😭

I missed the way Ozs make their scrambled eggs. 😞

As simple as The Joe may look, it’s pretty power packed with bacon, fried egg, potato scallops, tasty cheese, house smoked tomato relish and kewpie mayo on a milk bun. I love the milk buns here, it’s so soft and airy it kinda melts in your mouth. The ingredients all complemented one another really well which makes this dish really flavourful. Sigh, someone bring me back to Oz please

It’s been almost a month since I’m back from the land down under. Absolutely love the cafe scene there and can’t quite get over it. Take Three Williams for example. Read about the queues for this cafe and was a little hesitant but decided to go ahead anyways. A little hard to locate this place as their signboard was a little inconspicuous but I was delighted to find out that there’s no queue! A good brunch spot serving honestly good food but was a little too pricey in my opinion. Still a great experience, nevertheless.

So I was having a conversation with a Friend yesterday and we were talking about Aussie when she asked what’s the best thing I had there, having just went not long ago. Scrambled eggs came into mind almost instantaneously. Tried so many cafes and I must say, Bills has the best scrambled eggs, hands down 💯

All notions of healthy eating can take a backseat for this ricotta pancake. This incredibly generous stack of hot cakes were fluffy and faintly buttery, all while being painfully delicious. Glad we were wise enough to order it to share, as it took 5 of us to demolish this along with the other dishes. Going solo for this dish is definitely a challenge !

Well greased gyoza fried to a crispy golden brown!

It’s almost ingrained in my brain that I have to order seafood pancake to share when I’m in a korean restaurant. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, best of all, it’s served piping hot.

Packed to the brim with ingredients, this huge bowl of seafood noodle soup was well worth the price!
