Pictured are the Frutti Di Marre, a seafood tomato-based pizza and Aloha, your typical chicken & pineapple white-sauced based pizza. One thing that really stood out with the pizzas here, is that it has a VERY strong garlic flavour. Ya girl here loves garlic so I really liked the pizzas! If you are not a fan of garlic, you may want to order more tomato-based pizzas instead.

One of the better pastas and a must order here at La Risata.

One of my favourite places for healthy, filling, wholesome food. There’s options of wrap, sandwich and salad bowl. You can choose among a wide variety of warm/cold sides and sauces. Customise it the way you want it!

Delicious, fall of the bone, smoky iberico pork ribs. This was the best dish of the night. Great for sharing as well.

Pretty pricey for a smaller than expected portion cod fish and the usual sides. But it was cooked very well and melts in your mouth. The truffle mash was really good!

Both not bad, but were a bit too salty for our liking. There was nothing special about the chicken. The pork was sufficiently tender and not tough. But the part that truly stayed with us was the smooth truffle mash! 😍

Prawns, squid, and scallops with squid ink pasta. Flavourful and one of the better mains I feel!

Very similar concept to The Mighty Bowl, Agrain and Salad Atelier. They have a few ready to order salad bowl options as well, but you can choose your own salad bowl ingredients as well. What stood out for me, was their dressing choices. They had 5 dressings you can choose from like chilli oil, beetroot tzatziki and basil & rocket vinaigrette. I chose the tzatziki and while it wasn’t my cup of tea, I highly commend them for its playful flavour!

Marinated salmon sashimi, cucumber, pickled radish & purple cabbage on top of a bed of Japanese rice, accompanied by sweet shoyu sauce. Refreshing! I love that the sauce comes separately too so I can put in as little/much as I want.

Pictured are the Ar Sum Lak Sar, Apam Baling Balik, Popeye the Sailorman and I DGA Duck pizzas. They really nailed the flavours of the asam laksa and apam balik pizzas! All delicious but my faves were Apam Baling Balik & Popeye the Sailorman.

Comes in a wooden box with three assorted desserts that are also individually available but makes a good combination here for diners to try a diverse range of their desserts: banana burrito, dessert tacos and lychee ice kacang.
The banana burrito is essentially tonka bean ice cream, deep fried banana shaved gula melaka and coconut wrapped in a burrito. I love bananas so this was a treat, but it was nothing to shout about.
The dessert tacos were a mess to eat but very fun to try - hard shell tacos with mango pomelo and strawberry.
Last but not least the lychee ice kacang that includes lychee bavarois, creme brûlée, shaved ice of lemon, earl grey & ginger mint and raspberry marshmallows. Nothing special here but a glorified fancy ice kacang.

Catfish char siew & som tum stuffed deep fried mantao. One of them itself is RM20 (pictured is two) and can be requested to be cut into two for sharing. We didn’t even realize it wasn’t catfish and thought it was pork only until we finished the bite. Love the tangy som tum that balances the sweetness & greasiness of the char siew catfish.
