This was the latter. Well-seasoned, medium rare that melts at first cut and gorgeously interacts with your taste buds that you some times forget the sauce. I like this very much! This is gorgeous @feliciengourmand
This is probably due to the fact hat the lamb loin has been sous vide with thyme and garlic. It is pan fried and finished off on charcoal grill before serving. For the sides, there are the bok choy and eggplant puree to go along with the tender red meat.

Another new item on the menu (unexpectedly not updated online). Not too bad, loved the sauce!
Perfect for sharing, chomp down on four charcoal-grilled kebabs served with a light and garlicky toum dip. Whilst the Shish Taouk (cubed chicken) and Kafta Chicken (minced chicken) were well-seasoned and suitably moreish, the Shikaf Lahmeh (cubed beef tenderloin) was a little dry. My preferences might be skewed toward stronger flavours, but I favoured the moist and tasty Kafta Lamb (minced lamb) most.
