As an Indonesian, i really have high standards for beef rendang. And this beef rendang passed. It’s tender, the “rempah” aka spices just nice and not too spicy.

My vote go to Goma Cake. The strong flavour of black sesame balance well with the sweetness of the cake. Not too sweet.

Milo Red velvet Waffles with Strawberry Hokkaido soft serve, homemade Milo Brownies , caramelised bananas and Top with Milo Sauce.

Even though so many sweet ingredients in one plate, the dessert is not too sweet. I would prefer a stronger flavour of red velvet in waffles and more caramelised in banana.
But the Milo brownies are my favourite. Its fudgy and I can taste the Milo..
