I bought their JF Cheesecake (in plastic box), chocolate delicate cake (yes that’s its real name) and a financier! The delicate cake was really light and fluffy I really liked it! The cheesecake was a lot better than expected! It was light and pillowy in texture and the cheese flavour was light too. Plus the top had burnt cheese so it was really delicious.
This is chain of restaurants is famous for their roast duck. The roast duck was just alright I feel, but I know of people who buy this back to Singapore!
This is a new item on the menu. The staff here said “this chicken is very delicious and has a good smell. It has a slightly spicy sauce and it will make you forget everything after eating it” 😂 this is the crispy chicken with spicy sauce that is slightly sweet and has lime in the sauce too!
I had this twice during my trip and it was great. I love how the cheese is thicker and more spicy than Singapore’s which makes it more yummy too!
The tofu was simple but yummy too. It was really smooth in texture.
Tea leaf salad which came with many beans and nuts. This was quite a savoury kind of salad and the lime gives it a sour twist.
The noodles were chewy and slightly sweet too!
This was an interesting dessert, the yogurt was sour while the sauce (brown sugar) added a sweet and flavourful twist to it.
This was yummy just a bit salty. The flavour was quite unique too! The beef was slightly crisp as well.
We had aubergine curry which was really fragrant and we enjoyed it a lot! It went really well with the prata and chapatti
The chicken was tender and went well with the chilli sauce. The chicken rice chilli was fragrant and slightly spicy too.
These are quail eggs with truffle aioli and quail eggs with split pea and coriander. These make an interesting twist to the usual fried quail eggs and were really yummy! They both were tasty in different ways too.
